Organize your life with Noter2
2009-02-06 10:41:25

We're excited to announce the latest update to Noter2. We took many of your suggestions and did our best to put together a solid update.

The latest version of Noter2 (v1.7) allows you to move your lists the same way you move your notes. This enables you to easily rearrange and organize your lists to your liking.

The most popular request dBelement received: adding a note titles feature. We took your suggestion, and added this to our update. If you have a note without a title, it will simply appear just as it did before. When you add a title the entire note is hidden and button titled 'show note' will be available under the heading.

The latest release also adds the same features that you have on your iPhone to the Desktop version of Noter2.

For the next round of updates, we will be working on exporting to Outlook, adding password protection to Noter2 and a couple of exciting new features that we won't reveal just yet.

Hope you guys enjoy the update!

UPDATE: (2008-02-12) You can now export your notes into outlook. Simply mail your notes to your e-mail address, click on the secure URL and tap on CSV export at the bottom of your list. The CSV file can then be imported into Outlook into your Tasks folder!

@Ally

Password protection will be available as part of the upcoming 1.8 update. The update is currently under development. We plan to have it done early next week.

@AB

Not at the moment. Right now you are able to export notes from Noter2 to Outlook, but not the other way around. We are working on an import function to allow you to export your Outlook notes and import them into Noter2.

what does the number one on the iPhone icon for Noter2 indicate??

@drgmg

The icon badge (the red number above the icon) indicates the number of red colored notes within Noter2. It acts as a quick reminder when you are not within Noter2.

Good job. Just install Noter2 in my iPhone.

I would like to note my suggestions:
1) The sync is one-way (either from iPhone to Desktop or vice versa. Do you have any plan to have both-way sync. simultaneously?

2) Pls provide sync function in Desktop.

Thanks.

Hi Leia,

Noter2 Lite is limited to just "Sending" notes to the desktop. The full version of Noter2 can "Send" and "Get" all of your lists to and from your desktop computer.

I'm an iPod Touch user. Can I view/edit my notes when I am off-line? If so, how do you do it?

Thank you for using our apps.

@Vince
Yes, landscape is planned in update version 2.0

@bobc69
Yes, just edit your note and at the top of the edit window select which list you want the note to be in. Hit Save when you're done and your note will be moved to the selected list.

@genel
Yes, first download the iPhone/iPod Touch Noter2 application from the App Store. You can then tap on the Noter2 icon and launch it any time. Though you must be online to sync notes.
